Welcome to 'Your Gallery Space', I say this because that's what I want it to be for you.

Think of this site as your gallery where you can showcase and sell your art pieces.

I know for some of you the 'web' is still a place of mystery and can be intimidating. Have no fear we are here to help you get set up.

The first step is to Login, write down your Login user name and password, although if you do forget your password we can always resend it to the email address you entered on signup.

If you don't have an email address that you want to use we can create one for you that you can access from anywhere in the world via the web, i.e. your Login ID@my-gallery-space.com you can even use this email to setup a PayPal account if you wish. It will be your own private email and will be yours to use for as long as you have a 'gallery' on this site.

Once you are logged in you will be in your 'Control Panel'. Here you will enter a few details about yourself and your art history in the 'Profile Info' section. Do not put details about your private life. Although this site is very secure you do not want or need to put private information out there. The 'Biography' section will show up under the 'About' tab in your gallery. The photo you add here will be displayed throughout the site for Visitors, Members, and other Artists to see, so you should make it one that will make them want to come to your 'gallery'.

In the 'Photos' section you can upload photos for others to see or buy via download. So you can use this section to showcase your pieces or an event where you had art on show.

In the 'Store' section you can add art that others can buy such as a framed photo or art piece, pottery, sculptures etc that would require shipping or pickup/dropoff. The pieces you add here will show up under the 'Merchandise' tab in your 'gallery.

In the 'Vault' section you can add 'art' that can be downloaded such as a photo file, a poem, a video, logos, icons, short stories. This is a secure area and would be very difficult for anyone to hack and steal your files, so we recommend that you upload a low resolution file for viewing and the 'real' file in the 'Vault' section is for selling and should be of Hi resolution.

These are the main points to consider and once you have your gallery setup you will have your very own web address that you can put on business cards so you can send 'friends' and 'interested parties' to, for instance: www.my-gallery-space.com/kamel

Kamel is set up as a 'Demo' gallery and from time to time as Artists ask for assistance we will post info here that you will be able to use to help yourself get setup.
